We are seeking a Manager and an Officer of the People, Performance & Culture (PPC-formerly Human Resources) reporting to our Chief Operating Officer. These roles work collaboratively with the Leadership team to shape our people strategies, build a high-performance culture and drive business success.
The Manager PPC provides strategic leadership, driving talent management, employee engagement, and capability development across the Bank.
