Expression of Interest (EOI) BCI House - Property Security Services, Avarua, Rarotonga


 The Bank of the Cook Islands (BCI) invites “Expressions of Interest” (EoI) for Security Services at the BCI House on Mairenui Drive, Avarua, Rarotonga.  

BCI seeks the services of a qualified and experienced Security Company to provide security services for an initial term of 3 years.   

A full terms of reference (TOR) detailing the specific requirements of this EoI can be obtained via email. Reporting to the Manager Human Resources, the Human Resources Officer is responsible for providing efficient and effective support in the various human resource functions, to recruit and retain a highly skilled workforce.

          Management Accountant

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Management Accountant is responsible for preparing, developing and analyzing key financial information and budgets to enable the Bank of the Cook Islands (BCI) Board of Directors and Management Team to make well-informed decisions to ensure future stability, growth and profitability. 

The Management Accountant will be required to establish and maintain financial policies and financial information systems, that ensures BCI operates a high quality reporting function to external stakeholders such as regulators and external auditors.

This role is to look to the future and combines accounting and business management skills.
